The College of Koranic Studies was established in 2008 to meet the needs of the governorate's society for knowledge of Islamic sciences, particularly Koranic sciences, to graduate teachers of Islamic and Koranic sciences, and to increase the level of knowledge by conducting scientific research and specialized studies.
